Things to Try in 2014

things to try in 2014

Okay, you ready…

1. Go blonde Kim K style at The Beauty Shop! Kim K is not my personal cup of tea but you cannot argue how good her golden locks look!

2. Run more…in colorful exercise gear!

3. Cook more from our Pinterest board, Pursona Girls Love to Eat and Gwyneth Paltrow’s, It’s All Good cookbook

4. Relax. And what I mean by that is do more for myself in the most non-selfish sense of the word. We all know you are your best to you and everyone around you when you take a little time for yourself but it is the hardest thing to do isn’t it? First up on the list, visit this new yoga studio in town!

5. I want to go legit camping! No glamping when there is a kitchen sink in the tent!

6. And then lastly, there’s my own personal, self-constructed Angie’s 90 Day Challenge. I vow to try and eat clean for 5 days which means:

No alcohol

Portion control

No fried foods

Whole/Raw ingredients

And then I’ll reward myself with whatever I want to eat/drink for 2 days!!

What do you want to try this year? Anyone trying to travel somewhere amazing or have any goals?!

  1. I’m in, except for the blonde thing…… can’t do that right now šŸ™‚ But, I definitely need a change in my life so I’m all for the other ideas! I’ve even heard that some types of yoga could be good for my back and pain management, so where is this new studio? I’m thinking I might even try acupuncture! What?, that’s right šŸ™‚ you’re inspiring….. Love you all šŸ™‚

    1. Kiki, you’re amazing! Thanks for the sweet comment. I love acupuncture. It changed my life. You should definitely try this. I will go to yoga anytime you want. I am currently attending the Riverflow Yoga on River Rd. You will love. We love you and let me know when you want to go. Oh and Dr. Huang on Armour road is who you need to see for acupuncture. xoxo
